[inhales and inflates his cheeks before he mimics diving his head underwater and doing a few breaststrokes away from her, then resurfaces for air]

Space swimming! Real sport. Should be, at least. Maybe it is... Ah-ha! I just invented a sport!

[watches him for a good moment before trying to move her own arms and legs to no avail just flailing and skirt bending]

[now she feels stupid so she just grabs her rope to pull herself back a little]

Can't wait to see that one lift off.

Oh, you'll see! It'll be a hit. All it takes is a force field, or a zero gravity simulator instead of a pool and you're all set!

[grinning. and look now, he's hanging upside down. though there is no upside.

The lady too soft for this, is she?

[cheeky grin. but he's pulling himself into the TARDIS again, by clinging onto the rope, until he manages to land one foot past the door, then wobbles, another foot, almost falls back out but throws himself in at the last moment.]

[twirl twirl twirl then picks up clara's rope, and starts reeling her in.] To the rescue!

[just scrambling to follow after him before he can start reeling her in]

[gets a foothold at the edge of the TARDIS and stumbles into him by the sudden appearance of gravity]

[open arms and all. hugs for a moment then starts helping her out of the harness]

Planets to go, civilizations to see! Not a moment to waste!

[doesn't get stuck, plays it cool by flattening her skirt and skipping ahead to the console]

So what've you got next hm?

[aaaand closing the doors, throwing the harnesses over the rails, twirling and hopping on over to the console]

[hands on her shoulders, peeks at some screen with what looks like static]

Yes, ah! No, your choice. I'm feeling quite random today. Or, rather, I randomly felt like being random at a random day that happened to be today.

[what. okay then. pushing buttons and stuff, list pops up on the screen, rolling down quickly] Just press the button anytime. And before you ask, any button, doesn't matter, though I am particularly fond of big red buttons. Whatever we get is where the TARDIS is going!!

[stops and leans back a little]

What's this, greatest hits? Randomizing coordinates?

[looks down at all the buttons and levers. idly biting her bottom lip while she chooses one]

I won't break it again, yea?

[nods and gestures over the controls]

No! No, it's fine this time. I've made all the proper adjustments... definitely alright. Completely. [also he's just crossing his fingers that the TARDIS won't be so mean and moody this time] Go on, then!

[sways hips a little]

[reaches across the dash, wriggling fingers until she stops]

Let's do...this one. [bops it]

[suddenly there's a loud bleeping noise and the TARDIS explodes.]

[no just kidding. though it starts shaking around, making that familiar whooshing sound as it restarts flying across the space to wherever clara selected.]

[he's clinging to the console and pulling at the again blank screen] Hah! Looks like we're both in for a surprise!!

[looking way too excited about it]
