What he does with her, for her, it's because he wants to, always, and it has nothing to do with feeling forced, or afraid she might leave. There were plenty of reasons for him to worry she could leave him, especially at first, but they didn't really have much to do with how little he could do in terms of sex-- and he never would have pushed himself past a point of comfort just to anchor her to him.

He never felt like he needed to, either. She never wavered once, never showed that she was drawing away from him. If she had, he would have gladly let her go, rather than to try and get her to stay if she no longer wanted to.

And this is just the same. He's not letting her do it because he feels he'll lose her otherwise, but because he wants to. Because he's wanted to do it for a very long time, even if what could happen might terrify him.

He cries out when the head of his cock hits the back of her throat, hands curling into tight fists as he tries - and fails somewhat - to keep his heart rate in check. It's playing at that limit again, the one that has him worrying, and he breathes out her name like a plea.

"Please..." Please what? Stop? Continue? He doesn't even know anymore. Doesn't know what's happening next, what comes after. But then, that is exactly what they agreed to, to see what comes after, to find out what happens when he pushes past his point of fear, testing just how much his body can handle. "I'm coming..."
